Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
WizGate is operated by Wise & Agile Solutions Limited. We provide secure remote database access software. Contact: privacy@wizgate.app.
2. What we collect
- Account data: email address and hashed password when you register.
- Usage data: query counts per day, per tenant — used only to enforce plan limits.
- Device data: machine name and agent version from the Windows connector — used to display site status.
- Payment data: transaction reference and amount from our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
- Push tokens: Expo push notification tokens from the mobile app — used only to send site-status alerts.
3. What we do NOT collect
We never see, store, or transmit the contents of your database queries or results. All job payloads are end-to-end encrypted between the connector and the requesting client using ECDH + AES-256-GCM. WizGate infrastructure relays encrypted ciphertext only.
4. How we use your data
- Authenticate your account and enforce subscription limits.
- Send transactional emails: invoices, password resets, and site-offline alerts.
- Improve the service through aggregate, anonymised usage metrics.
5. Data retention
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Query-count records are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@wizgate.app.
6. Third parties
- PesaPal — payment processing. Subject to PesaPal's privacy policy.
- Expo — push notifications for the mobile app.
- Hetzner / DigitalOcean — cloud infrastructure in the EU/US.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email privacy@wizgate.app with your request.
8. Changes
We will notify registered users of material changes to this policy by email at least 14 days in advance.
