Terms of Service

By using WizGate you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. WizGate is operated by Wise & Agile Solutions Limited (“we”, “us”).

WizGate provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables secure, outbound-only remote database access via a Windows connector application. The service includes a web dashboard, REST API, and mobile application.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@wizgate.app. You must be 16 or older to create an account.

You must not use WizGate to:

• Access databases you are not authorised to access.
• Circumvent security controls or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the service without written permission.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via PesaPal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@wizgate.app within 7 days of a charge.

We are a conduit for encrypted data between your connector and your clients. We do not access, store, or process the contents of your database queries. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the API. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizGate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
